Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Joyce Daniels & Associates, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences across our workshops, masterclasses, and professional development programmes.

Because each programme requires advance planning, venue reservations, faculty preparation, learning materials, and administrative arrangements, all registrations are considered final once payment has been made.

Refund Policy

All programme fees are non-refundable.

Once payment has been received and a seat reserved, the registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including changes in personal schedule, travel plans, or other commitments.

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend a programme after registering, you may choose one of the following options:

• Participant Substitution

You may transfer your seat to another qualified participant within your organisation or professional network.

• Programme Deferral

You may request to move your registration to a future session of the same programme, subject to availability.

All transfer or deferral requests must be noted at least 7 days before the programme start date.

Late Requests & No-Shows

Requests received less than 7 days before the programme start date may not be accommodated.

Participants who fail to attend a programme without prior notice will be considered no-shows, and the registration fee will be forfeited.

Programme Changes by the Organisation

In the unlikely event that Joyce Daniels & Associates must cancel or reschedule a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the option to:

• transfer their registration to a future session, or

• receive a full refund of the programme fee.

Agreement to Terms

By completing registration and making payment for any programme, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
